Jaccor is a slave in Althier, a young sea otter.
Vilaya's Ravagers captured him from one of the seaholts on the far northern coast.
He was born with one eye blind, his left eye, and he hides it behind an eyepatch.
Jaccor wears a brown and gray tunic, a gray plaid kilt and a sturdy pair of sandals. He has a strong Highland accent, dark brown fur, a pale green eye and a lean build.
His preferred weapon is the slave chain he wears on his right paw as a flail. He can also use a longbow and arrows.
